Troubleshooting

Fixes for the most common problems.

Problem	Fix
Server status ERROR “token rejected”	Create a new Nitrado long-life token with the service scope and update the server.
“No .ADM files found”	Enable admin logs on your server; for FTP point the folder at the one containing .ADM files.
Events in the dashboard but not in Discord	Check the category is on and has a channel, and that the bot can View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links there.
Times are a few hours off	Set the server's log timezone in the server settings.
Server SUSPENDED	Your subscription expired — renew under Billing or /redeem a key.
Commands not showing	Re-invite the bot with the applications.commands scope; new commands can take up to an hour to appear.
