Getting started

Add the bot, link a DayZ server and post your first kill in five minutes.

Skoobys Killfeed posts your DayZ server's kills, deaths, raids and connections into your Discord. It works for Xbox, PlayStation and PC servers.

1. Add the bot to your Discord

  1. 1Click Add to Discord on the home page.
  2. 2Pick your Discord server and keep all requested permissions ticked.
  3. 3You need the Manage Server permission to add and configure the bot.

2. Open the dashboard

  1. 1Go to https://skoobyskillfeed.duckdns.org/dashboard and log in with Discord.
  2. 2Choose your Discord server from the list. Servers without the bot show an Invite button.

3. Link your DayZ server

Open Servers → Link server and pick your platform. Linking your first server starts your free trial automatically.

4. Choose your channels

Open Killfeed & channels, switch on the event types you want and pick a channel for each. Or run /killfeed setup #channel in Discord to send everything to one channel.

5. Make it yours

Under Embeds & themes choose a theme, colors, weapon image style and message templates — the live preview shows exactly what Discord will display.

New kills appear within one poll interval (30 seconds by default). Only events that happen after linking are posted.
