Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Skoobys Killfeed (the "Service"), a Discord bot and web dashboard operated by Skoobys Killfeed. By adding the bot to a Discord server or using the dashboard you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service reads DayZ server logs you give it access to and posts formatted events to Discord channels you choose. Features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts and access

You sign in with Discord. Only members with the Manage Server permission may configure the Service for a Discord server. You are responsible for the credentials (Nitrado tokens, FTP details) you provide and must have the right to use them.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed per Discord server, either monthly (auto-renewing until cancelled) or as fixed-duration passes. License keys are single-use unless stated otherwise and have no cash value. When a subscription ends, posting is paused; your configuration is retained for at least 90 days.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to harass players, violate Discord's Terms of Service, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is". Log availability depends on your host (e.g. Nitrado) and on Discord.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
