This policy explains what Skoobys Killfeed collects and why.

What we collect

Discord user id, username and avatar when you log in; the list of Discord servers you can manage (to show your dashboard); Discord server ids, names and the channel ids you configure; DayZ log events from servers you link (player in-game names, ids, positions and combat events); payment records (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).

How we use it

Solely to provide the killfeed, statistics and dashboard, to process payments and to provide support.

Security

Server credentials (Nitrado tokens, FTP passwords, webhook URLs) are encrypted at rest. Each Discord server's data is isolated from every other customer.

Retention

Killfeed events are kept for 90 days (position logs for 7 days). You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Third parties

Discord (messaging), Nitrado (log access you authorise), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider.
